Bible Verses - God is Generous

I might have many things to say about giving and leading a life focused on generosity. But among all that I might say, the things of greatest and lasting value are best said by the One who (hopefully) informs me on the topic...

God Is Exceedingly Generous

• John 3:16 — “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”
• Romans 8:32-33 — “He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things?”
• 2 Corinthians 8:9 — “For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, so that you through his poverty might become rich.”
• Matthew 7:11 — “If you, then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask him!”
• 1 Timothy 6:17c — “... God, who richly provides us with everything for our enjoyment.”
