I really like America. I hope we continue to be a beacon of freedom and return to a mostly-highly-regarded status among nations. I also hope the dollar will rise.
On a recent trip to D.C., with only enough time to visit one (1) significant national site, I went to the Archives. Why? To gaze at the U.S. Constitution and in a secret place in my heart devote trust and authority to a dusty document? No. I went there with one goal: to purchase a copy of the Constitution, so that I could become more familiar with it (online and searchable, here.)
The more I learn about our system of Democracy and Federalism, the more I like wher eGod has put me. So I watch this year's political process with pure enjoyment. What happened in Iowa last night was I think great for both parties and bodes well for America.
I wanted to draw your attention to the comments of Al Mohler, here. This is worth the read.
