How Rich Are You?

I do not like nor advocate "guilting" people into anything. One of the worst reasons to give is out of compulsion or a sense of joyless duty. [Evidence] ... It is precisely the freedom of the giver that makes giving generous and beautiful. [More on this: previous post]

So this post is not meant to lay guilt on the reader, but rather to share some objective truth that it is easy to loose sigh tof. This kind of context is part of what helps me continue to be highly-motivated to help other excel in the grace of giving.

That said, brace yourself... Now go to www.globalrichlist.com and punch in your income.

P.S. I learned of Global Rich List today, while hearing Ron Blue speak at length today about the biblical underpinnings of generosity and of his newest endeavor, Kingdom Advisors.

This is exactly why my wife and I have decided to buy nothing (or as little as possible this year) It is amazing how much money we have - even though in American standards it isn't that great.
